According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest sculpture made from lanterns measured 39.06 x 11.61 x 13.25 m (128 ft 1.79 in x 38 ft 1.09 in x 43 ft 5.65 in) and was created by Pampers Brand, Procter & Gamble in Beijing, China, on 10 January 2012.
