According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest prenatal yoga class involves 1,546 participants, achieved by Rajkot District Administration and Dr Vikrant Pandey (both India) in Rajkot, India, on 21 June 2016. All yoga positions performed were chosen due to their suitability and benefits for prenatal care.
