Largest pipe valve installation without interruption of water flow

According to Official Guinness Records,

In February 2005 a 2,600 mm (8 ft 6 in) wide valve was installed on a 2,600 mm (8 ft 6 in) wide water pipe in Kakogawa-shi, Hyogo, Japan. The procedure was carried out without interrupting the flow of water under pressure.
