According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest painting by mouth by an individual is 93.97 m² (1011 ft² 69 in² ) and was painted by Shrishail Gasti (India), in Karnataka, India, as measured on 5 December 2017.Shrishail used a variety of different sized paint brushes all held in the mouth to set this record.
