According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest megaphone measures 1,50.5 m (4 ft 11.25 in) in diameter and 2,43.5 m (7 ft 11.87 in) in length and was achieved by Bezoya (Spain), in Madrid, Spain, on 10 October 2013.
The megaphone was used by members of the public to say positive messages.
