According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest human image of a fleur-de-lis consists of 445 participants and was achieved by CarFest North (UK) in Bolesworth, Cheshire, UK on 29 July 2018.All participants stayed in formation for over 5 minutes, while Bear Grylls made an appearance. The Guinness World Records title for the most people headbanging simultaneously was also achieved at CarFest North.
