According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest gathering of people dressed as emoji faces consists of 932 participants, achieved by Emerald Legend and Shanghai Lee Tang Advertising Co., Ltd. (both China) in Fuyang, Anhui, China, on 27 May 2018.The participants were local citizens from Fuyang City.
