According to Official Guinness Records,
The largest donation of toys in 24 hours is 23.9 tonnes (52,706 lbs) and was achieved by The United States Veterans Corps and Lenovo (both USA) in Morrisville, North Carolina, USA, on 29 November 2016. The United States Veterans Corps and Lenovo were able to break this 24 hour record in only 7 hours. The toys were collected for distribution during the holiday season to the children of deployed and low income troops through USVC's Toys for Lil Troops program.
