Largest distribution of saplings - multiple locations

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest distribution of saplings across multiple locations in eight hours is 1,053,108 and was achieved by State of Uttar Pradesh (India) at ten locations across Uttar Pradesh, India, on 7 November 2015.All saplings were distributed between 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM Iocal time. All the saplings were then planted in the same ten locations in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
