According to Official Guinness Records,

This record is for the greatest number of sculptures made from recycled materials displayed at a single venue. This record is to be attempted by an individual or by a team of unlimited size. This record is measured by the number of sculptures in the display.For the purposes of this record, more than one recycled material must be used. Single materials are monitored under different record titles.
