Largest dish radio telescope

According to Official Guinness Records,

In July 2016, China completed construction of the Five hundred meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope (FAST). Located in the Dawodang depression, which is a natural basin in Pingtang County, Guizhou Province, southwest China, it is a single dish measuring 500 m across. The dish itself is made from 4,450 triangular panels with 2,225 winches beneath, which can deform the shape of the dish allowing some directional control of the observations. The telescope saw first light in September 2016.
