Largest chess lesson According to Official Guinness Records,
The largest chess lesson has 1,459 participants and was achieved by two Muttenz chess clubs and two Muttenz schools (all Switzerland) in Muttenz, Switzerland, on 20 September 2018.The chess clubs and schools who planned and participated were: Schachklub Muttenz (including Die Schulschachprofis), Kinderschachclub Muttenz, Primarschule Muttenz and Sekundarschule Muttenz. The participants were made up of local schoolchildren and the chess sets were donated by local Muttenz company, Clariant.
