According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest stereoscopic 3-D film screen measured 29.78 m x 12.33 m (98 ft x 40 ft) and was unveiled at the French première of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, in Paris, France, on 12 July 2011.
They also attempted the record for The largest audience at a 3-D film screening
