According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest Scrabble score in 24 hours by two players is 216,439 points and was achieved by Scott Garner and Marty Gabriel (both USA) in Charleston, Illinois, USA, on 3-4 July 2016. This record title was attempted to raise funds and awareness for the Sexual Assault Counseling and Information Service (SACIS) of Charleston, Illinois.
