First business computer

According to Official Guinness Records,

Theearliest business computer was LEO I (Lyons Electronic Office). It began operations in November 1951 in at the Lyons headquarters, London, UK. The first of its many business applications was the valuation of the weekly output of bread and cakes from Lyons' bakeries. LEO I was supplemented by the more advanced LEO II in May 1957, but continued operations into the 1960s.
