Fastest time to hula hoop 10 km (female)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to hula hoop 10 km (female) is 52 min 27 sec and was achieved by Heather Bray (Canada) in Leiden, Netherlands, on 21 May 2016. Heather stated her training for the run in November 2015 and besides of running, it also included abdominal exercises to strengthen her core muscles.
