According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to arrange a Chinese chess set by a team of two is 43.74 seconds and was achieved by Wu Hao and Mian Feihu (both China) in Beijing, China on 19 September 2015. The attempt was part of an event organized by Beijing Foreign Studies University.
