According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time full body car wrap by a team is 22 minutes 56.25 seconds and was achieved by Folien + Zubehör (Germany) at Flugplatz Schwarze Heide, in Hünxe, Germany, on 15 July 2018.The team used 3M material and wrapped a Tesla Model X.
