According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest speed in a body controlled jet engine powered suit is 32.02 mph (51.53 km/h), achieved by Richard Browning (UK), in the Gravity Flight Suit, at Lagoona Park, Reading, UK, on 7 November 2017.The attempt was made in celebration of Guinness World Records Day 2017.
