Fastest run 1,500 metres (female) (indoors)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to run 1,500 metres indoors by a woman is 3 minutes 55.17 seconds by Genzebe Dibaba (Ethiopia) in Karlsruhe, Germany on 1 February 2014.Dibaba's older sister Tirunesh had also broken two world records in indoor athletics.
