Fastest row, Women’s Single Sculls (W1X)

According to Official Guinness Records,

Rumyana Neykova (Bulgaria) won the final of the Women’s Single Sculls at the 2002 World Rowing Championships in a time of 7 minutes 7.71 seconds. The race was held on the Guadalquivir river in Seville, Spain, on 21 September 2002.
