Fastest row on the Mid-Pacific east-to-west route in the Classic Pair category

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest row on the Mid-Pacific east-to-west route in the Classic Pair category was 54 days 3 hours 45 minutes by the team Sons of the Pacific – Louis Bird (UK) and Erden Eruç (USA) – who rowed a distance of 2,090 nautical miles from Monterey, California, to O'ahu, Hawaii, USA, between 5 June and 29 July 2016 at an average speed of 1.61 knots on board Yves.
