According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest double sculls row by a male pair is 5 minutes 59.720 seconds and was achieved by Valent Sinković and Martin Sinković (Croatia) at the 2014 World Rowing Championships in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on 29 August 2014.Martin and Vincent Sinković are brothers.More than 10 world records were set during this championships.
