Fastest road run 100 kilometres (male)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest road run 100 km by a male athlete is 6 hours 9 minutes 14 seconds, achieved by Nao Kazami (Japan) at the Lake Saroma 100 km Ultramarathon in Japan on 24 June 2018. He took four minutes off the record set by his compatriot Takahiro Sunada, which had stood for 20 years.
