According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest 4 x 200 m relay by a female team is 1 minute 27.46 seconds, by the “USA Blue” team of LaTasha Jenkins, LaTasha Colander-Richardson, Nanceen Perry and Marion Jones at the Penn Relays, held at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, on 29 April 2000. The team had only been brought together minutes before the event.
