According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon dressed as a nun (male) was 3 hrs 17 min 12 sec, achieved by Daniel Jordan (UK) at the 2017 Virgin London Marathon in London, UK, on 23 April 2017. Daniel beat the previous record by 46 seconds to set this record.
