Fastest marathon dressed as a jockey

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon dressed as a jockey is 3 hr 08 min 30 sec and was achieved by Ross Birkett (UK) at the 2014 Virgin Money London Marathon in London, UK, on 13 April 2014.
Ross' record was one of 30 successfully broken and verified onsite by Guinness World Records at the 2014 Virgin Money London Marathon. Aptly enough, Ross is an amateur jockey with 14 career wins under his belt at the time of the marathon.
