According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon distance in relay is 1 hr 30 min 40.316 sec, and was achieved by Kansas City area athletes, at an event organized by Joe and Phil Ratterman (all USA), at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, USA on June 15th, 2018.60 runners participated, each running multiple times to complete the total distance.
