Fastest marathon carrying a 40 lb pack

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon carrying a 40-lb pack is 3 hr 06 min 16 sec and was achieved by Shogo Mochizuki (Japan) at the Tokyo Marathon 2015, in Tokyo, Japan, on 22 February 2015. Shogo Mochizuki is a firefighter. He also broke the current record for the fastest marathon carrying a 20-lb pack (male) on the same day.
