According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest half marathon in a two-person pantomime costume is 1 hr 42 min 47 sec and was achieved by Donny Barnes and Anthony Parameswaran (both USA) at the Tallulah Half Marathon in Jasper, Alabama, USA, on 11 June 2016. Donny and Anthony decided to attempt this record after they came across it in the Guinness World Records book. They ran the half marathon dressed in a pantomime costume of a camel.
