The fastest 10m balancing cue on chin is 2.51 seconds and was achieved by David Rush (USA) at the Engineering and Science Festival at Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, USA, on 4 February 2017. David Rush made his successful record-breaking attempt to promote STEM education.
