The fastest 10 cone slalom pushing a pram is 9.69 seconds and was achieved by Hu Peng (China) at the KIDS FUN EXPO GWR Live! in Shanghai, China, on 22 October 2017.The event took place at the Shanghai Toy Expo, which attracts thousands of children and parents to come at take experience toy brand's products. The pram used was provided by Joie, one of the exhibitors at the expo.
