Penumbral lunar eclipse on February 10 2017 (Mexico)

You can read the table above as follows: On February 10, 2017 in México City, America/Mexico_City (UTC -6), an penumbral lunar eclipse will start at 16:34, the maximum eclipse will occur at 18:44 when the Moon reaches an altitud of 2°;this event will come to an end at 20:53 and will have a penumbral magnitud of 0.988 (this is the fraction of the Moon obscured by the entrance to The Earth's penumbra) and an umbral magnitud of -0.035 (fraction of the Moon obscured by the umbra of The Earth).

We must take into account the altitude of the moon, for example, in México City, due to the low altitude of the Moon (2 degrees) this lunar eclipse will not be very obvious.
