420 Day:
[other][unofficial] 420 Day, sometimes called April 20 or National Weed Day, is a day informally observed by marijuana advocates in the United States. Although, 420 is a commonplace code used by pot enthusiasts to refer to cannabis, its origin is unclear, with theories ranging from police patrol codes to the anniversary date of famous pot smokers or the number of chemical compounds in cannabis. Under federal law, marijuana is still an illegal drug. Nonetheless, it has been legalized for recreational use in the states of Washington and Colorado. Medical marijuana is now legal in 20 states and the District of Columbia. There are several efforts going on by supporters to make this day an official day. Child Care Worker Appreciation Week in Ohio:

As used in this section, "the week of the nineteenth day of April" means the seven-day period beginning on Sunday and ending on Saturday that includes the nineteenth day of April.
